Good morning, Antoinette

Here’s what’s happening in your practice.

Today’s schedule

  • Built for counsellors and psychotherapists in Ireland
  • Every AI draft reviewed and approved by you
  • Prices in euro, no card to start

Why Mira

Your time belongs with your clients. Not your paperwork.

Session documentation, scheduling and report writing rarely happen inside the appointment. They happen in the gaps: between clients, in the evening, at the weekend. Mira is designed to make that work lighter, while keeping every clinical decision with you.

Without Mira
  • 18:40

    Writing up the day's sessions

Reconstructing four conversations from memory and a page of shorthand.

  • 19:25

    Chasing the diary

Texts, emails and a paper calendar that don't agree with each other.

  • 20:10

    Starting a progress report

Opening a blank document and scrolling back through months of notes.

  • 21:00

    Still at the desk

Files in three places, and a nagging feeling something was missed.

With Mira
  • After

    Jot your notes once

A few lines after each session is all Mira needs to prepare a structured draft.

  • Review

    Read, edit, approve

Every draft waits for your judgement. Nothing is finalised without you.

  • One place

    Clients, diary and documents together

Appointments, records and reports live in a single calm workspace.

  • Evening

    Yours again

We won't promise a number of hours. We will make the work simpler.

AI session notes

From your notes to a structured draft, in moments.

Type or paste your rough notes. Mira organises them into the template you choose. You remain the author: edit anything, then approve when it reads right.

How Mira works

Three steps. You stay in charge of every one.

Step 1Fictional data

Session 6 · Client A.M. · Tuesday 14:00

“Arrived on time, brighter than last week. Anxious about Thursday’s team meeting. Breathing exercise helped twice. Sleep still broken, ~5 hrs. Explored perfectionism + over-preparing. Homework: one ‘good enough’ task a day.

Privacy

Confidentiality isn’t an extra feature.

Therapy depends on trust. Mira is designed privacy-first: it collects as little as possible, keeps clinical decisions with the clinician, and gives you control over your records.

The safeguards listed describe Mira’s design approach. We publish specific technical and compliance claims only once they have been implemented and independently verified.

  • Individual therapist accounts

Each clinician works in their own account. Records are never shared by default.

  • Role-based permissions

In practice teams, access follows role. Administrators manage the diary, not the notes.

  • Secure document handling

Notes, versions and exports are handled within Mira rather than scattered across devices.

  • Human approval of AI drafts

Mira never finalises a clinical document. A draft becomes a record only when you approve it.

  • Data minimisation

We ask for what the feature needs and nothing more. Demonstration trials use fictional data only.

  • Privacy controls

Export your records or close your account from Settings, without contacting support.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Mira designed for Irish therapists?

Yes. Mira is built first for counsellors and psychotherapists practising in the Republic of Ireland: euro pricing, Irish and British English, and documentation conventions used by Irish practitioners. We plan to expand to the UK later.

Can Mira help write session notes?

Yes. You add your own rough notes after a session and Mira prepares a structured draft in SOAP, DAP or a custom template. The draft is a starting point for you to edit and approve.

Does Mira replace clinical judgement?

No. Mira organises what you have written; it does not assess clients, make diagnoses or decide treatment. Every draft requires your review and approval before it becomes part of a record.

How does Mira handle confidential information?

Mira is designed privacy-first: individual accounts, role-based permissions in teams, secure document handling and data minimisation. During a demonstration trial, only fictional data is used. We publish detailed technical and compliance information once each safeguard has been implemented and verified.

Can I use my own note templates?

Yes, on the Professional and Practice Teams plans. You can define your own sections and headings, and Mira will prepare drafts in that structure.

Can I export my records?

Yes. Approved notes and reports can be exported as PDF on every plan, and you can request a full export of your records from Settings.

Can multiple therapists use Mira?

Yes. The Practice Teams plan includes three clinicians with pooled drafts, shared scheduling and role-based permissions. Additional clinicians can be added at €29 per month each.

How much does Mira cost?

Starter is €19 per month, Professional is €39 per month and Practice Teams is €99 per month, with annual options at €190, €390 and €990. Prices exclude VAT. Every plan begins with a 14-day demonstration trial with no card required.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time from Settings. Monthly plans end at the close of the billing period; annual plans run to the end of the year paid for. You can export your records before you leave.

Does Mira record sessions?

No. Mira does not record audio or video of sessions. It works only from the notes you choose to write after a session.
