Safety & support

If you need help right now, please reach out to people.

Mira is an AI companion, not an emergency or crisis service. These free Irish services are there for you, any time.

How Mira responds

If something you write suggests you may be at risk of harm, Mira pauses the conversation and shows these services straight away. Mira will always tell you it is an AI, and it will never try to stand in for emergency help or for a qualified professional.
